We've just installed and begun testing DLNA compatible BD-J7500 Blu-ray player from Samsung. It is a very connection capable device, having built-in Ethernet and Wi-Fi, two HDMI output ports, USB 2.0. Player is equipped with 7.1 sound, 3D and supports native playback for various A/V formats:

• AVI, MKV, ASF, MP4, 3GP, MOV, FLV, VRO, VOB, PS, TS, SVAF, WebM, RMVB
• AC3, LPCM, ADPCM, AAC, HE-AAC, WMA, MP3, DTS

The overall impression is very positive. The player feels responsive having dual core processor on board. The design, materials and build quality are great.

We'll do a more in-depth review regarding DLNA network playback later, after testing it with new version of iSedora Media Server.
